Winner of the 2003 River Hills Lion’s Scholarship Award of $1000. Ms. Kerri E. Newsom is introduced by Lion Frank Van Leer . Ms. Newsom has maintained an excellent academic record and was elected to the National Honor Society. She has also been active in her schools sports programs and continues as an involved church member. Ms. Newsom is currently attending Winthrop University as a business major.
